We value the health of our customers and staff. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we cannot allow any returns or exchanges on any item sold by So Extra Extensions.
Human hair and eyelash extensions are considered hygienic products. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@soextraextensions.com if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue.
We have a 7-day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us with any issues with your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Nothing sent back without prior written consent will receive a refund and the package will be returned to the sender.
Refunds
If for any reason a refund is processed the customer will receive it in the form of "So Extra Bucks" a virtual gift card that can be redeemed at any time. There will be no cash refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email with your virtual gift card attached. This gift card has no expiration.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
