PROCESSING TIMES

Processing time varies depending on the item purchased. Please be aware if you purchase multiple items with different processing times all items will be shipped out together once the item with the longest processing time is ready. If you need some items sooner separate orders will have to be placed.

Ready to Wear Units: 1-2 business days
Custom units: 7-14 business days
Closure/ Frontal Replacement: 7-14 business days
Wig Revamp: 7-10 business days
Lashes and accessories: 1-2 business days

Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday after 5:00 pm your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24 hours. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at info@soextraextensions.com

All Domestic Packages are delivered with the USPS.

So Extra Extensions provides FREE domestic shipping (5-7 Business Days) on all orders over $50.

International Shipping (7-10 Business Days) are calculated by the current rates for FedEx and DHL.

Domestic Express Shipping(1-3 Business days) is calculated via USPS.

Human hair and eyelash extensions are considered hygienic products. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds or exchanges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@soextraextensions.com if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue.

We have a 7-day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us with any issues with your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Nothing sent back without prior written consent will receive a refund and the package will be returned to the sender.

REFUNDS

If for any reason a refund is processed the customer will receive it in the form of "So Extra Bucks" a virtual gift card that can be redeemed at any time. There will be no cash refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email with your virtual gift card attached. This gift card has no expiration.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
